• Crysta / Kia Carens – INR 3000
• Tempo traveler- INR 5000

CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR REGULAR TRIPS

If you cancel a scheduled ride prior to 72 hours of departure time. KD CAB not charged any cancellation fee from customers.  Any cancellation request that comes within 72 hours from scheduled pickup time then customer have to pay cancellation charges as per appended list. You make a booking for the one way, then you will not get a booking amount refund.

• Hatchback and sedan- INR 800
• Prime sedan and  SUV –INR 1500
• Tempo traveler- INR 3000

Remark;- If you cancel the car before 1 hour of pickup or after the car reaches your location, your cancellation charge will be doubled.

Note – In case you make a booking wherein the cab departs from the drop destination to the pick up destination, and you wish to cancel the trip either during the arrival of the car or after the arrival of the cab, you will be required to pay the full trip amount to cancel such trip.

Remarks – If due to any sort of issue we are unable to provide you cab, you will be informed before 72 hours of scheduled pick up time and your 100% booking amount will be refunded .

NOTE – Request of cancellation of booking may be made only by call (not by mail and messages) and during the working hours (10am-6pm).

If for any reason we are unable to arrange the vehicle for you, we will notify you at least 8 to 10 hours before your pickup time and will refund your token amount to you within 24 hours.
